1. PURCHASE CONDITIONS
The purchaser of the ash and slag outbound disposal project of the Indonesian Bengkulu 2x100MW coal-fired power plant project (project name) of this project is Indonesia Bengkulu Power Generation Co., Ltd., which has the procurement conditions and plans to purchase through open competitive negotiation. The relevant matters are now The announcement is as follows. If there are other contractors that meet the requirements, please actively participate.

2. PROJECT OVERVIEW AND PROCUREMENT METHOD
2.1 Project location: Indonesia
2.2 Project scale: Two coal-fired generating units with a net output of 100MW and the power transmission and transformation line project from the power plant to the existing 150kV PLN substation.
2.3 Project duration/delivery/service period: 150 days, the start time is April 1, 2021
2.4 Quality standards: to meet the relevant specifications, standards and requirements of the local government authorities in Indonesia.
2.5 Procurement content: Entrust the contractor meeting the conditions to provide the ash and slag outbound disposal service generated by the operation of two units. At present, the ash storage field of the project has 20,000 tons of fly ash, and it is estimated that the ash ash produced by the ash discharge outlet during the operation of the unit will produce 200 tons of fly ash every day. Specific ash disposal amount will be determined according to the disposal capacity and price of the contractor. The contractor is responsible for all disposal links, such as receiving from the ash discharge outlet, transportation, disposal and sales from the self-loading of ash storage yard.
2.6 Procurement scope: Ash and slag outbound disposal project of the Indonesian Bengkulu 2x100MW coal-fired power plant.
2.7 Other Supplements : Ash and slag outbound disposal shall meet the requirements of local government authorities.

3. QUALIFICATION OF THE BIDDER
3.1 This procurement requires the contractor’s qualifications, performance, and project principal to meet the following requirements and have corresponding capabilities in terms of personnel, performance, equipment, and funds.
3.1.1 Qualification requirements: it must be a company registered in Indonesia with independent legal personality or a consortium of Indonesia and other countries (including Indonesia); if the bidder is a consortium, a consortium agreement must be provided at the same time, clearly stipulating the rights, responsibilities, and interests of each party , All parties to the consortium bear joint and several liability for the winning project. If a party in the consortium breaches the contract, the tenderee has the right to require any party to assume full responsibility. Neither party to the consortium may use its internal consortium agreement to oppose the tenderee. The contractor must have the corresponding permits required by Indonesian law for the transportation and use of ash and slag disposal.
3.1.2 Financial requirements: The contractor must have good bank credit and business reputation, and it has not been ordered to suspend business, asset reorganization or bankruptcy, property has not been taken over or frozen, and has a good financial status in the past three years.
3.1.3 Performance requirements: The contractor must have the corresponding means of transportation, and provide the corresponding disposal plan and related certification materials.
3.1.4 Requirements of the main person in charge of the project: The engineer involved in the outbound and disposal of ash and slag must be an experienced and professional counterpart, and the person in charge of the site has experience in ash transportation and disposal and provides corresponding supporting documents;

4. OBTAINING OF TENDER DOCUMENT

5. SUBMISSION OF BIDS
5.1 The deadline for submission of bid documents is 15:00 on March 5, 2021 (Indonesia time)
5.2 The contractor shall deliver the bid documents to Teluk Sepang Kec. Kampung MelayuKota Bengkulu-Bengkulu 38216 before the deadline for submission of bid documents. The Tenderee shall reject any Bids of overdue delivery.
