1. Project Overview
The tender is for the Project of Operation Camp of Coal-fired Power Plant project (2x100MW) Bengkulu Indonesia, with the Owner of PT. TENAGA LISTRIK BENGKULU. The project is located about 15km in southeast direction away from Bengkulu City, Bengkulu Province, Sumatra, Indonesia.
2. Tender Scope
(1) To realize the design (including preliminary design and construction drawing design), procurement and construction of the whole Project of Operation Camp;
(2) The Project includes 3 apartments, 1 guesthouse, 1 sport center, 2 dining halls, 1 outdoor basketball court, 1 prayer room and supporting living facilities, 4 auxiliary constructions, green gardens etc. The Project location area is 27,000 m2, the ground construction area is 10064 m2and underground is 250 m2.
3. Planned construction period of the project
Total period is 305 calendar days (including design and construction). It is scheduled to be commenced on August 1, 2019.
4. Requirements on the qualification of the Bidders
(1) Valid business license and have the registered capital: IDR 13.5 billion or above;
(2) M2 or above construction qualification of Indonesia or relevant qualification permitted by the same international industry;
(3) 3 housing construction projects performances (at least) with each construction area of 5,000 m2 and above in recent 5 years;
(4) Valid certificates meeting the Indonesian regulations on quality, environment, occupational health and safety production management;
(5) Financial statements audited by qualified audit units in recent three years;
(6) Good bank credit and business reputation in recent three years;
(7) Other requirements in the tender document.
5. Acquire the Tender Document
Location:purchase the tender document based on the certification letter of the bidder at Menara Prima 17th Floor, Jl. Dr. Ide Anak Agung Gde Agung Blok 6.2, Jakarta 12950-Indonesia;
Time: From April 22 to April 26, 2019, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Indonesia time).
Price:Tender document is priced at IDR 5,000,000. The fees can only be transferred by the Bidders. The account information is as follows:
