Competitive Negotiation for Procurement of Design &Consulting Service for 132kv Backup Power Source Improvement of Port Qasim 2×660MW Coal Fired Power Plant.
1. SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT
1.1 Way of Procurement: Open Competitive Negotiation.
1.2 Procurement Scope: Design & Management Consulting Service for 132kV Backup Power Source Improvement and relevant works.
1.3 Service (delivery）Period: 300 calendar days.
1.4 Other Supplements(prefab form): None
2. QUALIFICATION OF THE BIDDER
2.1 The Bidder must be a qualified one as approved and accepted by K-ELECTRIC, the Bidder must have similar project performances, the Bidder must have corresponding capabilities related to crews, equipment and finance for executing the Project in reconnaissance, design, construction supervision as well as goods supplying, etc.
2.2 The Tenderee shall not accept Joint Bidding.
2.3 Other requirements(if any): None
3. OBTAINING OF TENDER DOCUMENT
3.1 The Bidder can contact with the Tenderee and obtain particular information of tender documents from Tenderee within the period of(2018.10.23-2018.10.27,09:00-11:30 15：00-17:00).
3.2 Office of the Tenderee: at Plot No. EIZ/LL/SP-14, Eastern Industrial Zone, Opposite Engro Polymer, Port Qasim, Karachi, Pakistan.
4. SUBMISSION OF BIDS
4.1 All Bids must be delivered to the Tenderee’s office before 10:30 am, on November 17, 2018. The way of Submission of Bids shall be stated in the “Instruction to Bidders” of competitive negotiation documents.
4.2 The Tenderee shall reject any Bids of overdue delivery.
5. MEDIA FOR NOTICE TO PUBLIC
The invitation for bids is published simultaneously on the Bidding and Purchasing Public Resource Trading Platform of PowerChina (http://bid.powerchina.cn/en) and China Tendering and Bidding Public Service Platform (http://www.cebpubservice.com).
