    1. Currently, POWERCHINA Ecommerce Mall supports two methods of trading are online ordering payment and online contract purchasing. Among them:
    Online ordering payment is similar to the purchase of goods in Ebay or Alibaba, as online purchasing, payment and delivery, online filling in and sending invoices;
    Online contracting purchasing is signing a contract between buyer and POWERCHINA in order to meet the needs of entity, online choosing goods, generating the order list and electronic procurement contract, offline signing the contract, processing financial remittances, packing, shipping, distributing according to contract. Party A of contract is any buyer on Ecommerce Mall and Party B is the operation agency which is POWERCHINA Equipment Research Institute co., LTD.
    2. Currently, the registration of users on Ecommerce Mall adopts method as manual examinated registration, providing free registration service for all entities or individuals. For entity user, each entity is requested to assign a purchasing staff to handle account registration. Multiple users are avilable for one entity.
    3. Purchasing staff of each entity or each individual user should send registration information by email to Ecommerce Mall platform operation administrator (email to: emall@powerchina.cn). Ecommerce Mall operation agency would  check and correct the registration information, and open accounts in database. And the openned account name and password will be replied to applied user by email.
    4. Registration information sent by email should be standardized as follows:
Email title: Application for opening user account in POWERCHINA Ecommerce Mall
Content: provide name of the company (entity), purchasing user name, department, position, account login name (suggested in English letters and numbers), phone number, email, etc. basic information, details refering to attachment form requirements.
    5.To ensure the information security of user, please modify password when log in for first time.
