Bid question answering(01) of Mali hydropower station project governor and its subsidiary equipment procurement

1) About the micro controller, please follow the “3.8.4 microcomputer regulator” "(2) hardware a) " of tendering documents

2) About  minimum operation oil pressur of relay, relevant regulation requirements 0.58-0.75 Pd (Pd is design pressure), calculated (calculated value of 3.654 to 3.654), and consulting the host turbine related design and making comprehensive consideration, please take temporary 4.6 MPa into consideration;

3) About the pressure tank volume request, please follow “3.9.2 pressure tank " provision (driving guide vane and blade relay 3 full stroke without startup oil pump) in tendering documents.
