2. Scope of bidding:

The scope of the tendering outlined below, specific contents and requirements as shown in the bidding instructions of tender documents for the related content.

1) bidding scope: Hai Fu Shang Cheng real estate project sales & exhibition area property management services (including security, cleaning, customer service, etc.).

2) Bid section division: None division

3) Service period: 365 calendar days.

4) Quality requirements: qualified, in accord with the current national standards and industry standards.

4. The bidder qualifications, performance and dispatched project manager requirements:

1) The bidder must be have the independent legal personality, with a registered capital of 1 million and above.

2) Have stable professional team.

3) Have relevant appropriate equipments and office space.

4) Have the good bank credit, business performance and good business reputation, not in indebtedness, be forced to close, property takeover, frozen, bankruptcy.

5) Bidders have one or more successful cases in the real estate industry in near three years, should provide the contract copy and contacts.

6) Bidder should have good after-sales service. Anyone who have a bad record in nearly a year will be canceled the bid qualification.

7) Bidders who can not meet the needs of one of the above items, will be regarded as failure to make substantive response to the tendering documents.

8) Have a fixed and can meet the requirements of the qualifications service agency in nanjing,

9) Have no bad behavior, and not a market banned company by local government in project development region.

10) Have other conditions required by the local authorities.
