1. The conditions of the tender

This project Guizhou Qinglong water supply project (water supply network reconstruction and expansion projects) was entrusted  POWERCHINA Guiyang survey & design research institute co., LTD construction by project owners Qinglong county qingyuan water resources development co., LTD, the construction funds has been implemented, project has the tender conditions. Now general construction entity POWERCHINA Guiyang survey & design research institute co., LTD. process the public bidding for the project section I construction.

2. Description and scope of the tender

Description: Guizhou Qinglong water supply project (water supply network reconstruction and expansion projects) owner is Qinglong county Qingyuan water resources development co., LTD, the construction site is located in Guizhou province Qinglong county.This project intends to intake river from the Ximi water bay, and build a new waterworks factory with design scale of water supply of 30000 m3 / d, raw water after treated by two-stage pumping pressurized to three water area. The main construction contents: water intake project, water supply project, water treatment works, water distribution pipe network systems project.

Current tender water supply project water distribution pipes network construction SectionⅠbid, including super high, high, low district and area is about 48.244 km piping. Scope of work includes (but not limited to) :

(1) the pipeline excavation;

(2) water distribution pipe network;

(3) roads and road recover.

the construction quantity of each part by refer to bill of quantities of chapter 5 in tender document. Except the column of procurement in the bill of quantities marked the supply of equipment and materials by owner, other items of equipment and materials procurement and installation are provided by the contractor of this bid.

3. The qualifications of bidders

3.1 Bidder shall have water resources and hydropower engineering construction general project level 3 and above qualification or municipal engineering project level 3 and above qualification, and have ability of implementation of corresponding project in personnel, equipment, capital and construction. Bidder shall hold a valid business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, safety production license certification (note: the enterprise which completed three certificates to one or 5 certificates to one only need to provide the business license)

3.2 The bidder must be average taxpayer.

3.3 This tendering don't accept consortium bid.

4. To acquire the tender documents

4.1Any interested bidders, please from Jan. 23th to Jan. 29th of year 2018, at 8:30 to 12:00 AM, 14:00 to 17:00 PM (Beijing time, the same below), go to Xingqian road No. 16 ,Guanhu district, Guiyang municipality, Guizhou province, POWERCHINA Guiyang survey & design research institute co., LTD A714 room to buy the tender documents with introduction letter of company, the proof of identity, the enterprise business license copy, safety production license copy.

4.2 Each bidding documents sell price of 1500 Yuan, no refund after-sales. Drawings deposit 0 Yuan.

4.3 If adopt mail type of bidding documents, add poundage of 50Yuan (including postage), and bidding documents will be mailed in 3 days after tenderer receive introduce letter and mail order payment (including poundage)

5. Submit the bid documents

5.1 The bid documents submitted by deadline (as the bid opening time) :at 9:30 AM, Feb. 12th of year 2018, submission place (as the place of opening bids) : Xingqian road No. 16 ,Guanhu district, Guiyang municipality, Guizhou province, POWERCHINA Guiyang survey & design research institute co., LTD conference and exhibition center.

5.2 With late delivery or non-delivery to the designated place of tender documents, bid documents will not be accepted.
